Jacky presented at Pacifichem 2021

Jacky presented at Pacifichem 2021 in the Assessment for Employability in Undergraduate Chemistry Education symposium. Jacky published a paper on EDI in chemistry!

Jacky organized a recent publication in the Journal of Chemical Education focused on chemistry graduate student equity, diversity, and inclusion communities. The article describes various initiatives focused on enhancing EDI in chemistry departments across North America, grounding the impacts of these initiatives in literature on learning communities, community cultural wealth, and cultural change.
