New publication on the experiences of chemistry trainees from diverse language backgrounds!

Congratulations to Jacky and Alison on their new publication on their research on the experiences of chemistry trainees from English-as-an-additional (Eng+) language backgrounds.

The study revealed the barriers Eng+ trainees face when learning, communicating, and doing chemistry in English, as well as resources and supports they find helpful and/or needed from supervisors and institutions.
