Help Shape the Future of STEMM Education!

The Flynn Research Group at the University of Ottawa is conducting a national study on how interdisciplinary STEMM training can be optimized to better support access, equity, mentorship, and career readiness.

Do you have interdisciplinary experience from advanced training or your career? You are invited to participate in a confidential interview (approx. 60 minutes). Interdisciplinary means integrating knowledge and methods from two or more disciplines.

Who can participate?
🎓 MSc or PhD alumni (from a Canadian university) from either;
1) an interdisciplinary program (involving chemistry), now working in any field (e.g., academia, industry, government, not-for-profit organizations, consulting, education) OR
2) a chemistry program, now working in an interdisciplinary career

Your voice will contribute to understanding the strengths and challenges of interdisciplinary science training in Canada and help improve future programs. Thank you in advance for your time and contribution!
